Truepath Imaging does not provide emergency medical care. In the event of a medical emergency, patients should call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room immediately. Patients are encouraged to notify the Company of emergency room visits or hospitalizations when appropriate.

Termination of Services:
The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate Services at its discretion, including in cases of disruptive behavior, failure to comply with treatment plans or clinic policies, non-payment, or misuse of the Site or Services.

Limitation of Liability:
The Services and Site are provided on an “as-is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for any damages arising from use of the Site, electronic communications, or Services, except as otherwise required by law.

Governing Law:
